Robert Holland

Robert Holland was a Private in Company I, First Tennessee Mounted Inf., Post Office was Granville, Tennessee. Robert was wounded by horse falling down with him in line of duty.

William H Holland

William served in the Union Army during the Civil War. He served from July 7, 1864 thru July 22, 1865 as Sergeant in Co. I, 1st Regtment, Tennessee Mounted Infantry. William's received a disability at Butler's landing, Clay Co., Tennessee, when he was "Ordered to take a squad of men and swim fifty horses across a river." He contacted a severe cold, mumps, measles and was treated in the hospital at Livington, Tennessee. Discharded at Nashville, Tennessee July 22, 1865, in bad health.
